I’m so excited to share this news with everybody — in the spirit of health and wellness not only for body, but also for mind, I’ve created a custom retreat to help fight burnout through dance! Who wants to come with me?
In partnership with the amazing Club Coastal taking place at the all-inclusive Body Holiday in St. Lucia, I’m spending a full week mentoring only 30 lucky individuals (limited space) on dance as a form of mindfulness that can combat stress and burnout.
Burnout and stress are important to face head-on these days so please respond with a “YES!” and head over to Club Coastal Bookings if you want to be amongst the first to come with me.
Together we can do anything we set our minds to and let’s focus on dance in St. Lucia together this summer!
